Live Lezing: Interview met Claude Anshin Thomas (zenleraar, Vietnam veteraan en vredesactivist).

In connection with May 4 and 5 Stef Hosan Lauwers will be interviewing zen teacher Claude Anshin Thomas, American Vietnam veteran and peace activist. Claude AnShin returned from the war heavely decorated but also with serious trauma. Through a therapist he came in contact with a Vietnamese Teacher and there started on the path of Transformation. The dharma became his way of living, his robes the way to protect that life. He organises street retreats and pilgrimages and is, until today, working with veterans and other others living with profound suffering. How does he think about the use of violence and the call for a stronger army today?
We will start immediately after the Dodenherdenking, around 20.05.
